Our Story
After many years of successful work of the AVORIS Group in Central Europe, it is time for new perspectives. AVORIS ME (AVORIS Middle East) was founded in 2021 with the aim of developing distinguish, intelligent and sustainable real estate and urban development projects in the Middle East. At our office in Saudi Arabia, a high-qualified and experienced team manages our local urban development projects including residential, office and commercial buildings together with our partners.
The realization of modern and future-oriented living and residential spaces, taking into account the cultural, regional and social requirements of the people in the respective countries, is at the center of our activities. We are focusing on the Saudi Arabian market and aim to be part of Vision 2030.
