In the Mecca region, there is a high demand for residential units, especially housing programmes.
As an investor, AVORIS supplies the urban development, engineering and project management services. Partnering with ZENIT, AVORIS manages the urban planning, including design phases and further stages at construction sites.
The programme aims to increase the percentage of Saudi families owning houses from 47% in 2012 to 70% target by 2030. 1.5 million units will be built by 2030.
